Happy Anniversary

No, it's not our anniversary until Tuesday, but we went out tonight :)

I also got us both new phones today, we were past due for an upgrade (and I was jealous of Melissa's ;o)
Then we went to Longhorn's for dinner and to the movies. We saw "A Night at the Museum". I recommend it. :)

An ordinary day

Had to go to Walmart today. Daddy needed new drawers. :)

You know, it used to be a lot of fun to go to Walmart. It was an event unto itself. Now, not so much. A lot has changed since Sam Walton passed away. Now it's just another chore. Or maybe it's me that's changed? Hmmm...

Then we drove to our park and watched the sun set. It was pretty cold (for here anyway, I know if Amanda sees this she'll scoff our 40 degree temps while she digs out of a snowdrift, heehee)

Just an ordinary day in an ordinary life. :)

Thank God THAT'S over...

I know I haven't missed an entry since I started, but there is this flu bug going around. Let me just tell you...it was HORRENDOUS. I threw up for 24 hours straight, and finally went to the ER for some relief. It is going through our church right now, a lot of families are sick. I'm praying that I'm the only one who has to suffer in this house, so far so good...
